PhD in Sport Sciences & TFA in Special Education, Dr Simone Ciaccioni is presently Researcher at Pegaso Telematic University. Previously, he has been Erasmus grantee at Uni. Rennes 2 (FRA), De Brakken School (NLD), Uni. College of Dublin (IRL), visiting student at Uni. of Southern Queensland (AUS) and PE teacher at "Agostino Gemelli" & "Umberto I" hospitals (ITA). He conducts research in Education, Exercise and Health with a special interest in martial arts (e.g., judo).
Dopo aver svolto un dottorato di ricerca in Scienze del Movimento Umano e dello Sport ed un TFA per le Attività di Sostegno, il dott. Simone Ciaccioni ha completato 3 anni di ricerca attraverso assegno presso l'Università degli Studi di Roma “Foro Italico”. Tra le varie attività internazionali ha svolto programmi di formazione Erasmus presso Uni. Rennes 2 (FRA), De Brakken School (NLD), Uni. College of Dublin (IRL) ed è stato in visita di ricerca presso al Uni. of Southern Queensland (AUS). Ha anche lavorato in tutti i gradi scolastici con vari ruoli, tra i quali in particolare come professore di scienze motorie e sportive presso le Sezioni Ospedaliere "Agostino Gemelli" & "Umberto I" a Roma. Attualmente è Ricercatore RTT presso Pegaso e conduce ricerca su sport e benessere, con un particolare interessere per le arti marziali (es., judo).
