Grazia Policastro

Grazia Policastro si è laureata con lode in Ingegneria per l’Ambiente e il Territorio presso l'Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II nel 2018 e ha ottenuto il titolo di Dottore di Ricerca in Ingegneria dei Sistemi Civili presso lo stesso Ateneo nel 2022.
Nel 2021, ha ricevuto il premio Giuseppe Genon per giovani ricercatori, riconoscimento assegnato ai migliori due contributi nel campo dell'ingegneria ambientale durante l'XI International Symposium on Environmental Engineering (Torino, Italia).
Da agosto 2021 a febbraio 2022, ha svolto attività di ricerca come visiting researcher presso la Delft University of Technology (Delft, Paesi Bassi).
Dal 2023 è responsabile scientifico di due progetti di ricerca finanziati. Nello stesso anno ha conseguito l’Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale alle funzioni di Professore di II fascia nel settore concorsuale 08-A2.
Dal 2024, è Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione e socio fondatore dello spin-off accademico ECOBIOFUSION s.r.l.
È stata guest Editor per tre special issues delle riviste scientifiche Fermentation, Processes e Journal of Environmental Management, e referee per numerose riviste internazionali nel campo dell’Ingegneria Ambientale.
Ha partecipato a diversi convegni nazionali e internazionali in qualità di relatore ed è autrice di numerose pubblicazioni scientifiche su riviste internazionali indicizzate.
