Biografia

Giulio Paolo Agnusdei è ricercatore nel settore AGRI-01/A.  Dopo aver conseguito la laurea magistrale con lode in Ingegneria Gestionale presso l'Università del Salento, ha completato un dottorato in cotutela con il Norwegian University of Science and Technology e l'Università del Salento, sui temi della sostenibilità applicata nelle supply chain ed in particolare quelle agroalimentari.

Autore di numerosi articoli scientifici, collabora con riviste internazionali ed è stato coinvolto in importanti progetti di ricerca legati alla sostenibilità, alla bioeconomia e alla logistica 4.0.Le sue aree di interesse includono l'economia circolare, la sostenibilità delle filiere agroalimentari e l'innovazione tecnologica.Ha importanti collaborazioni con associazioni di categoria e di settore.
